Current Member as an Implementing Member of ICCE

The Klaten District Court is a First Level Court, located in Klaten Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The Klaten District Court has the duty and authority to examine, hear, decide and settle criminal and civil cases at the first instance, including small claim court as an effort of enforcing contracts. The Court applied the International Framework for Court Excellence and this is a continuation program of the Indonesian Quality Assurance Accreditation by Directorate General of the General Judiciary, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, which conducted since May 2016 for Klaten District Court. Finally, Klaten District Court obtained accomplishment achieves excellent "A" accreditation certificate in 2 November, 2016. The Acreditation Team by Directorate General of the General Judiciary establishes a Quality Assurance Team for Quality Assurance Services, so in charge of implementing quality assurance that refers to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 9001: 2015 and the IFCE with Seven Areas of Court Excellence. The Executive Committee of the International Consortium for Court Excellence has accepted Klaten District Court as an Implementing Member in 9 August 2018.
